At On Call Medical Providers, we believe that healthcare should be accessible, personal, and delivered with compassion. Founded to meet the growing needs of homebound patients, our mission is to bridge the gap between providers and patients who are unable to visit traditional medical offices. Led by experienced Nurse Practitioner Carl Laguerre, CRNP, we offer high-quality in-home care and telehealth services tailored to each individual’s needs.

Carl Laguerre, MSN, APRN, ANCC-Certified Nurse Practitioner, brings over a decade of experience in managing care for homebound patients. Dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered healthcare, he is recognized in the Frederick area for his exceptional leadership in long-term care facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. His true passion lies in providing high-quality medical care to homebound individuals who face barriers to accessing office-based providers.

Carl earned his Master’s Degree in Nursing from La Salle University and holds National Board Certification with ANCC, specializing in adult and geriatric primary care. His expertise in Palliative Care enables him to support critically ill patients, including those battling cancer, ensuring they receive comprehensive and dignified care at home.
